CONCEPT
This is when you'll start to compile a list of your ideas, thoughts, and any questions you may have about the home building process. Typical questions to consider are lot location & size, cost, timeline, and of course, which contractor should you choose?
DESIGN
We'll set up a meeting to review your ideas and put them into action with a preliminary design. This usually begins with a Design Contract and can take some time, as we will go back & forth until our design meets your vision.
SELECTIONS
Once we have your design in place, we'll submit a new contract for construction. This is when we can start making selections for you new home, such as siding style and color, roofing materials, windows, and more!
CONSTRUCTION
This is the part you've been waiting for... We break ground on your new home construction! We start from the ground up and continue building until your dream home comes to life.
