The John Krause Construction Design-Build Process

CONCEPT

This is when you'll start to compile a list of your ideas, thoughts, and any questions you may have about the outdoor living design process. Typical questions to consider are cost, timeline, and of course, which contractor should you choose?

DESIGN

We'll set up a meeting to review your ideas and put them into action with a preliminary design. This usually begins with a Design Contract and can take some time, as we will go back & forth until our design meets your vision.

SELECTIONS

Once we have your design in place, we'll submit a new contract for construction. This is when the real fun begins! We can now start making selections for you new space, such as any appliances, material selections, and more!

CONSTRUCTION

This is the part you've been waiting for... We break ground on your new outdoor oasis! We start from the ground up and continue building until your dream space comes to life.
