Interior Waterproofing
We’ll install a perimeter drainage system or “French Drain” to collect the water in your basement and carry it to a sump pump. The sump pump will automatically (pump) the water to the exterior of your home. This drainage system is installed flush with your basement floor (where the floor meets the wall).
Exterior Waterproofing
We typically employ a 4-step process that begins with the application of a waterproofing agent to the exterior foundation walls. We then apply a waterproofing membrane along the exterior walls topped with drainage panels. Next drain tile is installed to gather water and move it away from your home. Finally, we’ll install a yard drainage system that’s customized to your property’s unique needs.
